Boxing inspired session with elements of circuit training using boxing bags, skipping ropes, and various drills. (Members will need to bring their own boxing gloves)

A full body dance cardio workout Which will leave you with an exhilarating experience, allowing you to burn hundreds of calories without even realising.

PILATES

There are 6 principles of Pilates (concentration, control, center, flow, precision, and breathing ) Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
